Event & Marketing Request Form
The Events & Marketing Request form is to be used for advertising FUMC sponsored events. If you are an external organization please use fill out the External Events form below. As a reminder, all E.M.R.'s must be submitted at least six weeks prior to your event. Events that are submitted in less than six weeks are not guaranteed to get the full publicity and staff support that they need. If you have any questions please contact the Communications Director. Meeting Room Request Form
